My name is Alessia Morrell. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and the Director of Authentic Minds. Having worked in the mental health field for over 15 years, I bring a wealth of both personal and professional knowledge, skills and experience.
At present, I offer individual therapy, eye movement therapy, and speaking engagements, with plans to expand into group work in the near future. My practice encompasses a broad spectrum of concerns, with a focus on addictions, domestic violence, trauma, anxiety, chronic illness and pain, as well as support for first responders.
